Our Subsidiary Company, SIAC Construction, Has Been Awarded The Construction Scope Of "Stoda Mixed-Use Complex" In Cairo

Egyptian Armed Forces Engineering Authority awarded our subsidiary company SIAC Construction the " STODA Mixed-use Complex Project" scope on Cairo Suez Road.

The project is turnkey construction. The scope of work includes all civil, architectural finishing, electromechanical, infrastructure, and landscape works.

The total project area is 177,770 m2. The total built-up area is 54,870m2.

The project comprises a hotel, office buildings, commercial buildings, restaurants, entertainment areas, open areas and parking areas.
